We're a community of builders, designers, trades, and architects that believe in collaboration over competition.

We host events for folks like yourself who are passionate about what they do. These gatherings are an opportunity for us to connect as an industry while learning a thing or two about how we can better run our operations, all while doing so over a beer or two!

By working together, we improve our product, our client's experience, and our day-to-day operations.

Along with the aforementioned collaborating and networking (the meaningful kind of networking, by the way), our two guest speakers (Lesa Lacey and Chris Klaassen) will be discussing current challenges facing the construction industry.

This includes managing client expectations regarding building and supply chain delays, as well as ways to minimize the impact of the skilled labour shortage.

Plus! The first drink is on us! Each ticket comes with a free drink upon arrival.

A little more about our speakers:

Chris Klaassen, the owner and operator of Alair Homes Chilliwack, takes great pride in building and renovating beautiful luxury custom homes throughout the Fraser Valley. Born and raised in Chilliwack, Chris has deep roots in the community and a passion for construction that started over 20 years ago. Today, Chris is known for his honest approach, impeccable work ethic, and clear communication skills which he brings to each construction project.

Lesa Lacey is the Business Manager and co-owner at Lacey Construction, an award winning construction company that has received accolades at the regional, provincial and national level. Lesa is known for her commitment to giving back to the communities in which she works. She is passionate about the construction industry and focuses on collaboration, promoting women in the trades, making new connections and promoting a positive relationship with municipalities and other levels of government.
