We all know that Habitat for Humanity is a force for positive change, but did you know that a lot of that change is happening right here in local Calgary communities? 

We've designed an event to showcase some of the incredible things that Habitat is doing here in Calgary and want to provide the opportunity for some of our community to get involved with theirs and vice versa. The landscape of volunteering is sometimes a difficult terrain to chart and this event is aiming to ease that transition. 

What To Expect:

• A short video and 10 minute presentation introducing the Calgary chapter of Habitat for Humanity 
• What the heck a Habitat jobsite looks like and how we can get involved
• An introduction to Habitat ReStore, a program that accepts and resells building materials–aka the opportunity for fewer guilty dumpster tosses!
• Beer!
• Food!
